Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency program recognized by accreditation standards.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligibility or active status of an Alaska medical license.
