Clinical Pharmacist

Pay Range: $125,000 - $190,000
Schedule: M-F 8AM - 4PM

Responsibilities:

Review and interpret prescription orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medication therapy.
Dispense prescribed medications while advising patients on proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy for patients.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and pharmacy policies and procedures.
Oversee and mentor Pharmacy Technicians and support staff.
Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions.
