Job Overview

The Athletic Trainer (AT) is a crucial member of the interdisciplinary sports medicine team, responsible for providing on-site athletic training at assigned schools and community events. Under the supervision of a physician, the AT offers comprehensive services, including prevention, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, immediate care, treatment, rehabilitation, re-conditioning, organization, and administration.

- Deliver athletic training services at designated schools and community events as required.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with Premier Health standards.
