The Senior Recruiter II will be joining our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team! This position will directly support a Healthcare System by building committed, trusting relationships with the HR Team to attract hardworking Healthcare Professionals (Candidates) to join their team. The Sr. Recruiter II also takes an active role in the development of Recruitment Coordinators and Recruiters in conjunction with the Client Delivery Manager.

This position could be remote nationwide, where all equipment (Laptop, monitor, headset, etc.) will be provided to you.


Job Tasks:

  • Plan sourcing strategyaccording to market demand using all available databases, job boards, internet searches and referral campaigns via phone, email and social media avenues in order to establish relationships and grow the network of qualified Healthcare Professionals for current or future open positions.
  • Source qualified Candidates by using a variety of resources and technology.
  • Manage email campaignsto address market demand to promote MLEE RPO opportunities.
  • Screen Candidates o ensure they meet all minimum qualifications and salary requirements.
  • Consult Candidates on their current and ideal situation, probing for unspoken needs using a consultative selling style to gain dedication to take urgent action on the available opportunities.
  • Qualify Candidates to apply to an open RPO position using their licensure, availability, skills and potential fit to prioritize and determine the best job match for the highest probability of placement.
  • Create a sense of urgency and gain Candidates attentionto follow the steps in the hiring process to meet the needs of the client as well as Healthcare professionals’ career goals.
  • Prepare and Present candidate profiles to the Hiring Teamincluding relevant work history, skills, and intangible qualities for Healthcare Professionals to highlight the best fit for the position and place the Candidate.
  • Exceeds individual daily and weekly critical indicatorgoals to consistently meet production standards.
  • Update productivity reports
  • Partner with internal Perm and Contract Placement Professionals and the RPO Account Managementteam to provide flawless service to Healthcare Professionals by sharing information promptly and helping secure the placement.
  • Post and Update internal and external job postingsaccording to high priority positions.
  • Coordinate Pre-Employment Paperworkassociated with client processes.
  • Communicate timely updates and manage expectations between allpartners including Client Contacts, MLee leadership and recruitment teams.
  • Propose resolutions on behalf of the client to maintain reputation and happiness levels. Partner and own resolution process with appropriate RPO Leadership.
  • Foster effective partnershipswith internal department leadership including Travel Nurse Recruitment, Client Sales, and Marketing, to increase candidate flow and client leads.
  • Help leadership team with training and onboardingnew RPO employees.
  • Assist with special projectsas needed.

Education, Certifications & Experience

Minimum Education/Certifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Minimum Experience:

  • 3-5 years recruiting in a heavy phone recruiting (sales, inside sales, corporate recruiting, agency recruiting)

Preferred Experience:

  • Recruiting experience in RPO and/or healthcare staffing industry
  • 5 years recruiting experience or experience within a high volume, metrics-driven sales environment
