About the Position:

You will work with a senior level recruiter as well as a team leader in identifying and attracting talented healthcare professionals through a variety of mediums including cold calling passive candidates, online web leads, social networking, etc. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a tenacity to figure out a way to “make it happen”.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current or past executive search experience is preferred.
• Sales background and excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Self-motivated and driven.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have BS and 2 years of successful verifiable sales experience.
• Should have 3 or less jobs in 10 years and have made six figures in sales at least one other time in their career.
• Looking for serious career sales people.
