Deliver Insight Through Every Scan in a City That Balances Energy and Ease

If you're an experienced Ultrasound Technologist ready to bring your skills to a place that values both precision and presence, this could be the ideal next step in your journey. You’ll join a healthcare team that understands how vital your role is — not just in generating clear diagnostic images, but in helping patients feel supported during vulnerable moments. Whether you're guiding a first-time parent through a prenatal ultrasound or assisting a physician with a complex vascular study, your care and clarity will help shape decisions and ease uncertainty.

From the very beginning, you'll feel what makes this place different. Our imaging team is collaborative, well-equipped, and driven by the kind of mutual respect that transforms good care into great care. Leadership listens, your schedule has flexibility, and your voice carries weight — both in the scan room and within the broader care team.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a full-time Ultrasound Technologist, you’ll perform a range of exams including abdominal, pelvic, musculoskeletal, and vascular studies, always with a focus on precision and patient comfort. You’ll work closely with radiologists and care providers to deliver timely, accurate images that guide diagnosis and treatment. From explaining procedures to adjusting scan parameters and documenting results in the EMR, you’ll be a trusted expert with both the knowledge and the heart to handle every case with care. You’ll also play an active role in maintaining equipment, upholding safety standards, and staying current with new techniques and tools.

Why This Team — and This Community — Are Special

You’ll be part of a team that supports one another, shares knowledge freely, and genuinely values the work you do. Whether you’re a seasoned sonographer or looking to expand into a specialty, you’ll find mentorship, continuing education, and opportunities to grow right here. It’s a workplace that prioritizes quality care, encourages curiosity, and treats each employee like a critical part of the whole.

And then there’s the setting — a unique blend of natural beauty and civic vitality. Nestled among lakes and connected by scenic bike paths, this region offers four distinct seasons and a lifestyle that leans into all of them. One day you might be hiking along the shoreline or kayaking before work, and the next you’re catching live music or fresh local fare at an open-air market. It’s a place where government, innovation, and grassroots creativity all share the same zip code — and where people are genuinely proud to live, work, and stay.

What We’re Looking For

An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography is required, along with active ARDMS or ARRT-S certification. At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred, but we welcome confident new grads who are ready to bring their best. You should have strong anatomy knowledge, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to stay composed and focused, even in high-stakes scenarios.

Let’s Build Something Meaningful Together

If you’re ready to bring your skills to a team that sees the full picture — not just in your scans, but in your potential — we’d love to meet you. Apply today and discover what it feels like to do work that’s technically excellent, personally fulfilling, and surrounded by a community that makes it all worthwhile.
