Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient evaluations to assess physical limitations and goals
  • Develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and reducing pain
  • Administer hands-on therapy and guided exercises to enhance recovery
  • Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and exercises for home
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver well-rounded care
  • Keep accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay current with advancements in physical therapy

 

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Washington state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience working with a diverse patient population is beneficial but not required
