Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient needs and goals
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and relieve pain
  • Provide hands-on therapy and guide therapeutic exercises
  • Educate patients and families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
  • Document patient progress and update treatment plans regularly
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in the field

 

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Physical Therapist license in Washington state
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
  • Experience with a diverse patient population is a plus, though not required
