Our healthcare team is looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT/CLT) to join us full-time. Whether you’re a recent grad or just starting out, this is your chance to be part of a close-knit team that cares deeply about patient care — and about supporting you as you grow.

The details: We have full-time shifts available — including days, nights, and weekends — and we’re flexible when it comes to scheduling. Pay is competitive and we’re happy to go over numbers once we connect!

What you’ll do: You’ll play an essential role in the patient care process by:

• Collecting and analyzing samples like blood, urine, and tissue
• Operating and maintaining diagnostic lab equipment (don’t worry — we’ll train you!)
• Performing routine testing to help our providers diagnose and treat patients quickly
• Keeping an eye on quality control standards to make sure everything stays accurate
• Documenting and reporting results clearly and reliably
• Following safety and compliance standards in the lab

What you bring to the table:

• An associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field
• ASCP, AMT, or similar certification (or eligibility to earn it soon)
• Strong attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Comfort using computers and software for lab reporting
• Good communication and a team-focused mindset
