To thrive in this role, you’ll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you're already certified through ASCP, AMT, or a similar organization—amazing. If not, but you're eligible and planning to be, we’d still love to meet you. We’re looking for someone who pays attention to the little things, works well with others, and knows the value of clear, careful communication.
