To succeed in this role, you'll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a similar field. If you're already certified through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized body, fantastic. If you’re working toward certification and eligible, we’d still love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone who pays close attention to detail, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a team that supports one another.
