Radiologic Technologist – ARRT
($55,000 - $85,000 / Year)
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be an essential part of our client's radiology team, responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures. You will work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality imaging services to our patients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced technology and make a meaningful impact on patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and fluoroscopy, as ordered by physicians.
- Radiology Technologists must have or be able to acquire AART certification.
- Position patients accurately to obtain high-quality images while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Operate imaging equipment and make necessary adjustments to produce clear and accurate images.
- Review images for quality and ensure all required information is properly documented.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to interpret imaging results and assist in patient care decisions.
- Maintain equipment, ensure proper safety protocols, and report any malfunctions or concerns.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid ARRT Radiologic Technologist license/certification.
- Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
- Strong knowledge of radiologic imaging procedures and equipment operation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols and safety procedures.
- BLS/CPR certification preferred.
