Echo Technician (Cardiac Sonographer) Opportunity (RDCS)

One of our clients in the region has engaged us to help them recruit a skilled and dedicated Echo Technician (Echo Tech) to join their dynamic team. As an Echo Tech, you will be crucial in providing patients with high-quality echocardiography services. You will be responsible for performing echocardiograms, assisting physicians in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions, and ensuring accurate procedure documentation.


  • Perform echocardiograms using ultrasound equipment to assess cardiac function and structure.
  • Assist physicians in interpreting echocardiographic data and images.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and standards in the performance of duties.
  • Stay updated on advancements in echocardiography technology and techniques.


  • Associate's degree or equivalent in cardiovascular technology or related field.
  • Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) preferred.
  • Previous experience working as an Echo Tech in a healthcare setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in operating echocardiography equipment and interpreting echocardiographic images.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
