Shift: 8am to 10 am, based on the number of patients scheduled (1 hour minimum guaranteed)

Compensation: $50/hr - $70/hr

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing scans on patients' spleen as part of our ongoing research efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting ultrasound procedures and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ultrasound scans on patients' spleen according to established protocols.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of scan images.
  • Record and maintain detailed documentation of procedures and findings.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and researchers to support ongoing projects.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
  • Previous experience as an ultrasound technologist preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ultrasound equipment and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.


 

Schedule: This is a part-time position requiring 1-2 hours of work per day. The specific schedule will be determined based on the needs of the research projects and the availability of the candidate.
