As a Microsoft Consultant with a focus on mail migration and Microsoft Entra, you will play a critical role in guiding our clients through the transition to modern email systems and implementing robust identity and access management solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design migration strategies, and ensure successful execution. Your expertise in Microsoft Entra will be essential in optimizing identity management and security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mail Migration:
    • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end mail migration projects, including the transition from legacy systems to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online.
    • Assess client environments to determine migration requirements and create detailed migration plans.
    • Coordinate with client IT teams and stakeholders to ensure a smooth migration process with minimal disruption.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.
  • Microsoft Entra Implementation:
    • Design and implement Microsoft Entra solutions to enhance identity and access management, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies.
    • Integrate Microsoft Entra with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.
    • Monitor and optimize Entra configurations to ensure compliance with security policies and industry standards.
  • Client Engagement:
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding migration and Entra-related queries.
    • Provide expert advice and recommendations based on client requirements and industry best practices.
    • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on new systems and tools.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    • Prepare comprehensive documentation for migration processes, configurations, and best practices.
    • Generate regular reports on project status, milestones, and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange migrations and Microsoft 365 services.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Entra and its components (e.g., Entra ID, Entra Permissions Management).
  • Experience with identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Exchange Server, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate) are highly desirable.
