Acute ICU Registered Nurse

MLR is collaborating with a respected healthcare provider to recruit a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for the Critical Care Unit (CCU/ICU). In this role, you will deliver specialized care to critically ill adolescents and adults, working closely with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. You will manage advanced medical equipment and provide care in line with the Texas Nurse Practice Act. Up to $35k in Sign-On Bonus & $10k in relocation assistance!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized care to patients with life-threatening conditions.
• Perform continuous assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer necessary treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Uphold nursing standards and contribute to hospital quality improvement initiatives.

Acute ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• No prior experience required.
• Active RN license.
• CPR-BCLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications (required by the end of orientation).
