MLee Healthcare is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician to join our laboratory team in Central South Carolina. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Qualifications for a Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field for Medical Technologist position. Associate's degree or certificate from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program for Medical Laboratory Technician position.
• ASCP or other relevant certification preferred.
• Experience working in a clinical laboratory setting preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

Responsibilities for a Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Technician:

• Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests in accordance with established procedures and protocols.
• Prepare specimens for analysis and accurately record test results.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper functioning.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
