ARRT CT Supervisor - Full-Time

Day Shift 

** Sign-on Bonus Up to $25,000 **

We are seeking a dedicated CT Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our CT department, ensuring smooth workflows, adherence to safety protocols, and outstanding patient care. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, extensive experience in CT imaging, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Supervision and Management: Lead and coordinate the activities of CT technologists, providing guidance and support to achieve optimal performance.

Quality Control: Uphold high standards of imaging quality and patient safety by performing regular quality control checks and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Training and Development: Promote continuous learning and improvement by facilitating ongoing training and professional development for CT staff.

Scheduling and Coordination: Oversee staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage, reducing wait times and enhancing patient satisfaction.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and functionality of all CT equipment, coordinating repairs and upgrades as necessary.

Patient Care: Deliver direct patient care when needed, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and compassionate service.

Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of procedures, quality control tests, and staff performance, providing reports to upper management as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT.
  • NJ DEP License.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CT Technologist, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role (preferred).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in CT technology and imaging protocols, excellent organizational abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of radiologic safety standards and regulatory requirements.
