CT Technologist Schedule:
Flexible! Days, evenings and nights, we will work with your availability!

Great shift differentials:
Additional $4.00 for evenings and nights, stackable with a $4.25 weekend differential!

CT Technologist Job Summary:

In an environment of continuous quality improvement, the CT Technologist is responsible for operating the CT scanner and obtains diagnostic scans. Positions patients and administers oral and intravenous contrast agents for particular diagnostic procedures. Exhibits our Standards of Excellence and exercises strict confidentiality at all times.

CT Tech Job Functions:

  1. Operates the CT scanner to obtain diagnostic scans utilizing the scope of practice for medical imaging as defined by ARRT and ASRT and in compliance with the Ohio Department of Heath rules and regulations.
  2. Reviews each examination for technical accuracy.
  3. Proficient at transmitting images to PACS and scanning in appropriate documents.
  4. Rotates CT call (once per week / every 4th weekend)
  5. Checks for expiration dates on supplies and disposes of expired items.
  6. 75% attendance at department meetings.
  7. Schedules patients in conjunction with the Outpatient Scheduling Department.

Computed Tomography / CT Technologist Qualifications:

  • Current Radiologic licensure from the State of Ohio Department of Health or if working in WV will need WV license and ARRT eligible or registered
  • BLS certification required
