About the Ultrasound Technologist Role:
MLR is excited to welcome a dedicated General Ultrasound Technician to our healthcare team. As a key contributor, you’ll perform high-quality diagnostic imaging services that help elevate patient care standards. In this full-time role, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team and ensure the delivery of precise ultrasound examinations.

 

Shifts and Scheduling:

  • Full-time, 5 days per week
  • 8-hour shifts available across multiple scheduling options

Key Responsibilities as a Ultrasound Technician:

  • Conduct a variety of diagnostic ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecologic, and vascular studies.
  • Operate state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment to produce accurate and high-resolution imaging.
  • Ensure patient comfort by preparing them for procedures and explaining the process clearly.
  • Follow safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality throughout the imaging process.

Qualifications for a Ultrasound Technologist:

  • Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
  • Certification: ARDMS (AB) certification is required.
  • Experience: Ideally, 2 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technician.
  • Skills: Proficiency in a variety of ultrasound techniques and equipment operation.
  • Attributes: Strong communication skills, a patient-focused mindset, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
