MLR is looking for a skilled and compassionate MRI Technologist to join our client’s esteemed MRI team near the New York border. This reputable community healthcare facility values collaboration and is eager to welcome a dedicated new member to their supportive and close-knit team.
Shifts / Schedules Available:
- 3x12s Days | Two Positions Available
- 5x8s Evenings | One Position Available
- 45-minute breaks
- Call
- Rotating Holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Prepare and position patients for MRI procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Review and follow physician orders for imaging procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging procedures.
- Ensure MRI equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
Qualifications:
- ARRT(R)(MR) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in MRI.
- Valid Connecticut state licensure as an MRI Technologist.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an MRI Technologist preferred.
- Experience with GE Scanners preferred (not required).
- Strong knowledge of MRI procedures, anatomy, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
