What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field. Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS-ASCP), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or equivalent (e.g., AMT) is required. New graduates eligible for certification are encouraged to apply! Ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of clinical laboratory procedures, instrumentation, and safety protocols, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and data entry, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and quality leadership skills.​
