You’ll be doing this important work in Shiprock, New Mexico—a place of breathtaking desert mesas, deep cultural heritage, and tight-knit community. To thrive in this role, you'll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a related field. If you're certified through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized body, that’s a bonus—but if you're certification-eligible and working toward it, we still want to connect. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thoughtful, and excited to be part of a team that values both care and community.
