MLee Healthcare (MLR.org) is seeking an experienced and dedicated CT Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our CT department. In this role, you will ensure efficient workflows, maintain high safety standards, and deliver exceptional patient care. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership skills, extensive CT imaging experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the CT technologists' activities, offering guidance and support to optimize performance and productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high imaging quality and patient safety by conducting regular quality control checks and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- Training and Development: Foster ongoing professional growth by organizing and facilitating continuous education and training for the CT team.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage staff schedules to ensure effective coverage, minimize patient wait times, and enhance overall patient satisfaction.
- Equipment Oversight: Oversee the maintenance and functionality of CT equipment, managing repairs and upgrades as needed.
- Patient Interaction: Provide direct patient care when required, ensuring a positive experience through compassionate service and clear communication.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of imaging procedures, quality control activities, and staff performance, and prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
- ARRT certification in CT from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- Valid New Jersey DEP License.
- At least 5 years of experience as a CT Technologist, with a preference for 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, along with proficiency in CT technology and imaging techniques.
- Comprehensive understanding of radiologic safety standards and regulatory requirements.
