MLee Healthcare is in search of a proficient and seasoned CT Tech Supervisor to become an integral part of our team. This role entails overseeing our CT imaging department, guaranteeing top-notch patient care, and streamlining workflow processes. We're looking for someone with exceptional leadership abilities, extensive technical knowledge in CT imaging, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications:

• NJ DEP License required.
• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in CT imaging.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CT technologist, with demonstrated proficiency in all aspects of CT imaging procedures.
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the CT imaging department.
• Provide leadership and guidance to CT technologists, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices.
• Manage staffing schedules, workflow optimization, and resource allocation to maintain efficient departmental operations.
• Oversee quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
