MLee Healthcare (MLR.org) is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic therapy team at a well-regarded hospital in Vermont.

Position Overview: As a Physical Therapist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on patient rehabilitation and wellness. Your role will involve evaluating and treating patients with a range of conditions, implementing therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, improve function, and support overall health.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create tailored treatment plans.
• Apply therapeutic exercises and modalities to achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Instruct patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs.
• Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold or be eligible for Vermont state licensure.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in neurological rehabilitation is preferred.
