Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) to join our dynamic team. This position involves performing a variety of clinical laboratory tests, procedures, and related duties across multiple specialties including Blood Bank and microbiology. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high to moderately complex laboratory testing as a Generalist.
  • Perform problem-solving and quality control activities in all laboratory areas.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain laboratory standards.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to interpret results and contribute to patient care decisions.
  • Conduct phlebotomy procedures as needed.

Requirements:

  • AS or BS degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
  • ASCP certification or equivalent (or eligible for certification).
  • Previous experience in a clinical laboratory setting preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
