We’re looking for a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT/CLT) to join our healthcare team full-time. Here’s what you can expect: We’ve got day, night, and weekend shifts available — so there’s room for some flexibility. Pay is competitive, and we’re happy to share details when we talk!

In this role, you’ll be helping doctors and nurses get fast, accurate results by:

• Collecting, processing, and analyzing blood, urine, and other samples
• Running diagnostic tests with modern lab equipment (we’ll train you on it)
• Keeping things precise with strong quality control processes
• Reporting findings clearly and keeping records up to standard
• Staying on top of safety and compliance protocols in the lab

You’ll do great here if you have:

• An associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Science, Biology, or a similar field
• Certification through ASCP, AMT, or something similar — or if you're working toward certification, that’s great too
• Sharp attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Comfort with computers (for lab reporting and documentation)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
