Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in home settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in Nebraska.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous experience in home health or community-based nursing is a plus.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
