Requirements:

• Completion of a two or four-year Respiratory Care Program (preference for CoARC accreditation).
• Certification as a Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC).
• Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in Minnesota or possess a temporary RT permit.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card (obtainable upon hire).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 180 days of hire.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Respiratory Therapist at our facility, you'll be instrumental in providing top-tier care. Your duties include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and designing personalized respiratory care plans.
• Administering various treatments and therapies, such as aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
