Registered Nurse in Progressive Care Unit

We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive Care Unit in Black Eagle. In this role, you will be integral to providing exceptional care to patients in need of close monitoring and complex treatment. Your duties will include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, creating tailored care plans, and overseeing patient progress to ensure the best possible outcomes. You’ll also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, administer medications, educate patients and families, and maintain detailed medical records. Additionally, you’ll offer emotional support to patients and their loved ones, while actively participating in initiatives to improve patient care quality.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in Montana
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Preferred experience in progressive care or similar settings
