To succeed in this role, you'll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a related field. Certification through ASCP, AMT, or a similar organization is ideal—but if you’re eligible and planning to certify, we’d still love to meet you. We’re looking for someone who’s detail-oriented, communicative, and eager to be part of a team that’s committed to quality care and constant improvement.
