We are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our committed staff in delivering exceptional care to adult patients requiring medical and surgical nursing. Our unit specializes in various surgical areas, including orthopedics, bariatrics, vascular, neurology, and general surgery, along with managing general medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients aged 17 and older in a 45-bed surgical unit.
• Administer and monitor patient health during post-operative stages and manage various medical conditions.
• Specialize in care for surgical patients in orthopedics, bariatrics, vascular, neurology, and general surgery.
• Address general medical conditions, including sepsis, respiratory diseases, gastrointestinal issues, skin and wound care, and infections.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a medical/surgical unit preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a diverse range of surgical and medical conditions.
