Are you a skilled Respiratory Therapist seeking a fulfilling career in the heart of Minnesota?

Requirements:
- Graduate of a two or four-year Respiratory Care Program (preferably through CoARC)
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC)
- Licensed as a Respiratory Therapist (RT) in the State of MN or temporary RT permit
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required (can be obtained upon hire)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within 180 days of hire

As a Respiratory Therapist at our facility, you play a crucial role in providing top-notch care to our patients. Responsibilities include assessing and treating patients with respiratory conditions, managing ventilators, conducting diagnostic tests, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.

Job Summary:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate respiratory care plans.
- Administer treatments and therapies, including aerosol medications, oxygen therapy, and mechanical ventilation.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Educate patients and families on respiratory health management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals for comprehensive care.
