What You’ll Be Doing

• Documenting results clearly and accurately — because details matter here.

What You’ll Need

• An Associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Tech, Biology, or a similar field.
• MLT certification through ASCP, AMT, or the equivalent — or eligibility to sit for certification.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and focused.
• Basic computer skills for lab software and reporting.
• A team-first attitude and solid communication skills.
