Position Overview

We’re looking for a remote, commission-based Healthcare Recruitment Enablement Partner to help fuel our recruiting efforts by generating candidate leads and setting appointments for our recruitment team.

This is not a traditional recruiter role, you won’t be managing full hiring cycles. Instead, you’ll act as a front-line connector, engaging healthcare professionals, qualifying interest, and scheduling meetings with our recruiters. You’ll be paid based on the value you create: meetings set, interviews conducted, and placements made as a result of your efforts.

Work as much or as little as you want, this role is 100% performance-based and highly flexible.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Source Leads: Identify potential healthcare candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Candidate Outreach: Make initial contact with prospects, briefly introduce MLR opportunities, and assess basic interest.
  • Schedule Appointments: Set up calls between candidates and MLR recruiters for deeper screening and placement discussions.
  • Follow-Up Support: Help maintain candidate interest and communication flow, especially when recruiters are unavailable.
  • CRM Updates: Enter and maintain accurate lead and contact information in our ATS/CRM
  • Enable Recruiting Success: Earn commission for each qualified lead that results in a recruiter meeting, candidate interview, or placement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Sales or outreach experience is a plus, but not required
  • Previous experience in recruiting or healthcare staffing is helpful but not necessary
