Position Overview: We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for various settings within our healthcare organization. As an RN with us, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse clinical environments, providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and contributing to positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, wound care, and patient education.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor patient progress, assess changes in condition, and intervene as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care delivery.
  • Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their needs and preferences are respected and addressed.

Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Maryland.
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • BLS certification (ACLS, PALS, or other specialty certifications may be required for certain settings).
  • Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different healthcare settings and work collaboratively in interdisciplinary teams.
