A Different Kind of Day at Work
Life moves a little slower on Colorado’s southeastern plains — and that’s part of what makes it so special. In Branson, people wave when they pass you on the road, and patients still call their techs by name. This is the kind of place where healthcare feels personal. And that’s exactly why we’re looking for a CT Technologist who’s ready to bring both heart and skill to our team.
You won’t just be pushing buttons on a scanner. You’ll be the calm before a diagnosis, the steady presence during uncertainty. Each day, you’ll guide patients through their scans with clarity and care — answering questions, easing nerves, and capturing images that help clinicians see the full picture. Whether it’s an emergency trauma case or a routine outpatient scan, you’ll be playing a central role in the stories that unfold in our hallways every day.
We’re hoping to find someone who’s ARRT-certified in Radiologic Technology and either already holds advanced CT certification or is open to getting it. You’ll need to be eligible for a Colorado license, of course. Some prior CT experience would be great — but if you’re newer to the field and eager to learn, we’d love to talk. What matters most is your commitment to doing the job well and treating every patient with dignity.
This isn’t a big system where you’re just a badge number. Here, we know our teammates and support each other. You’ll have the resources you need, the respect you deserve, and a schedule that allows for real work-life balance. We offer competitive pay, full health benefits, retirement matching, and continuing education opportunities — because we want you to grow with us, not burn out.
And when you clock out? Well, that’s when the beauty of this place really sinks in. The Arkansas River is just down the road. Sunsets stretch out for miles. And the cost of living? Let’s just say your paycheck goes further here.
If you're ready to bring your skills somewhere that values both competence and compassion — somewhere where your work matters — we hope you’ll consider joining us. We can't wait to meet the next person who’ll help us care for this community.
