Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) – Launch Your Career in San Geronimo

If you're just starting out as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), this role offers the kind of experience that can truly shape your future in healthcare. Whether you're recently certified or wrapping up your MLT program, you’ll join a supportive, experienced lab team that’s passionate about mentoring new professionals and creating an environment where learning is part of the everyday routine.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in the diagnostic process—collecting and analyzing patient samples, using advanced lab technology, and ensuring that your findings help drive timely, accurate care. You won’t just be performing tasks—you’ll be part of a team that values your attention to detail, your curiosity, and your desire to contribute to something meaningful. With access to updated equipment and the support of collaborative coworkers, this is an ideal place to build your confidence and grow your skills in a real-world clinical setting.

Outside the lab, life in San Geronimo, California offers a completely unique and inspiring backdrop. This iconic West Coast city is known for its fog-covered hills, iconic bridges, and vibrant blend of cultures and communities. It’s where tech innovation, Victorian charm, and bold counterculture coexist, creating an atmosphere that’s fast-paced yet deeply rooted in creativity and resilience. Whether you're exploring local farmers markets, strolling through Golden Gate Park, or diving into the food and art scenes in the Mission or SoMa, San Geronimo offers an energy that’s hard to find anywhere else. It’s a city that challenges and inspires, a place where you can grow your career while fully experiencing life.

To succeed in this position, you’ll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a closely related field. Certification through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized body is preferred, but if you're eligible and working toward certification, we still encourage you to apply. We're looking for someone who brings a sharp eye for accuracy, strong communication skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for working as part of a team.

If you're ready to take your first big step in healthcare—and want to do it in a city that’s bold, diverse, and full of opportunity—we’d love to connect with you.

This could be the beginning of something incredible.
