To thrive in this role, you'll need an associate’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Lab Technology, Biology, or a similar field. Certification through ASCP, AMT, or another recognized body is ideal—but if you’re certification-eligible and working toward it, we still want to hear from you. If you bring strong attention to detail, a desire to learn, and a team-first mindset, you’ll fit right in.
